WTA Group - Coronavirus update
With office locations in China, the UK and the USA, WTA Group continues to monitor the Coronavirus situation very carefully. The health and wellbeing of our people are of paramount importance to us, and we are taking all the necessary measures being outlined by government bodies.
Depending on the office location some offices are still open and operating as usual; however, all precautionary measures are being taken.
Below are some useful links on the latest updates regarding the Coronavirus itself.

We are witnessing the situation improving daily in China, and we have been in a very fortunate position that to date, all of our staff have remained in good health.
- WTA Shanghai - The office is open, but most of our staff are still working from home.
- WTA Shenzhen - The office is now open but at reduced capacity, some staff still working from home.
- WTA HK - Office is open.
Our people are in constant contact with all suppliers via phone to ensure that the movement of goods in and out of China remain as efficient as possible.
A very robust contingency plan has been drawn up to enable WTA UK to continue to offer excellent service to all of its clients.
We have deployed work from home policies but all of our people's work phone numbers remain the same for you to contact them.
The WTA USA office is open, but everyone is working from home.
There has currently been no impact on our Customs House Brokerage (CHB) and import clearance.
For all of our office locations we are experiencing some delays, however, there are so many variables it is hard to specify the exact number of days your shipment might be delayed by. It would assist us greatly in minimising delays if you are able to give us as much advance warning as possible for your future bookings. As always your WTA contact will be able to provide you with specific information on how long your shipment might take.
We are in a very fortunate position that we have excellent people in all locations who look after each other and our clients. We have been in business for over 100 years, and many of our staff have vast experience in dealing with shock world events for the last 40 years.
We can't predict the future, but with knowledge and experience, we are well prepared to act in your best interests every day.
Stay safe, stay healthy and look after each other.
Charles, Rochelle and John Sommer.
