Apprentice programme

Our apprentice programme provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career with a successful, international, family owned freight management company who take a keen interest in helping you achieve success.

You will be working in a team environment, learning all the key operational aspects of the business, with a focus in either imports, exports or airfreight, depending on location. To ensure you have comprehensive training, we combine your external training with on the job training with an dedicated mentor.

You will work towards nationally recognised Customer Service and Shipping qualifications. In year 1, you’ll be focusing on Level 2 Customer Service and will attend shipping related training.

In year 2, you’ll have the opportunity to take on the level 3, putting you in a great position to progress within our business.

If you show a passion for a particular area of our business, level 4 will be available to you. As everyone is different, we provide a personal development plan to help align your talents and ambitions and help you reach your potential.

Airfreight Apprentice - Hampton Office

With the expansion of our Airfreight business we are looking for a enthusiastic candidate to join this busy team. You will have the opportunity to learn from a team of people who are highly experienced in airfreight logistics. 

Key Responsibilities

To provide customer service and liaison with customer to arrange airfreight shipments in accordance with customer instruction. Preparation of all documentation relating to specific shipments with contact and co-ordination with hauliers, airlines and overseas agents.

Administration Assistant - Manchester Office


We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and become a valuable member of the Supply Chain Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform clerical and business administrative functions as part of Supply Chain Logistics Team, which will include managing correspondence, supporting the managers and answering emails.
