Imports Operations Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Import Operations Clerk within our Felixstowe branch (35 hours per week). The successful applicant will be responsible for the import of shipments in accordance with agreed client and department SOP’s.

Airfreight Operations Clerk

With the expansion of our airfreight business we are looking to recruit an Airfreight operations clerk at our London office. The role is full-time. 

The successful candidate will be responsbile for the following areas:

  • Generate all relevant import and export documents
  • Co-ordinate with the airlines, airports and destination offices
  • Handle quotations
  • Liase and update the client according to our SOP's

The candidate will be a logistics professional who has worked alongside clients in the food industry and is able to draw on their experience to :

  • Develop & secure new business
  • Implement and manage sales strategy
  • Have full ownersip of the WTA Food product
