Content Manager

Key Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative person who can help articulate and outline the value proposition for all of our key products. Creating on brand best in class content

 The successful candidate will be a creative thinker and an outstanding storyteller who is passionate about providing content that delivers value for our clients and prospects.

You will enjoy identifying opportunities and trends in the marketplace and use our data analytics to uncover content opportunities and drive decision making that will showcase WTA Group as an industry thought leader.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our sector heads to develop original content in a variety of formats, from blog posts and articles to white papers, infographics, videos, and more
    • Build and execute content strategies that support our business objectives and marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure that there is a continuous pipeline of engaging content within the content calendar that delivers business impact for both our inbound and outbound campaigns.
    • Develop and create event presentations, webinar content, white papers, blogs, social media content and case studies, to drive both thought leadership as well as traffic and inbound leads.
    • Outline social content strategies that build demand for WTA Groups products and services and increase brand awareness
    • Report on content KPI’s and how content generation is adding value to the overall marketing strategy. Focussing on delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and revenue attribution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3years experience in a B2B content role
  • Exceptional writing skills and verbal communications skills, whereby you can demonstrate turning complex topics into digestible content that delivers impact to the intended audience
  • Great Research skills that deliver and identifies opportunities in the marketplace.
  • A strong understanding of how content marketing affects SEO and how to implement SEO strategies that achieve organic search growth
  • Experience and proven performance across various digital marketing channels
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools ( web analytics, marketing automation)
  • Excellent attention to detail, team player, collaborative approach, strong relationship building across various departments including, growth teams and the C-suite
  • Project management skills and understanding of how to manage and deliver multiple campaigns at once.
  • A smart creative who can deliver impactful and engaging campaigns
  • Proactive, problem solver who is adaptable and turns a challenge into an opportunity.
